I am an NIP-registered psychologist with thirteen years inside global HR. I help employers protect their people through burnout prevention, sick leave reintegration under Dutch law, and culturally fluent psychological support. And I work directly with the employees who need it, in Korean and English.
Most of my organizational work is with international teams of every nationality; the Korean-language capability is there when you need it, not a condition for working together.

Both sides of the desk.
Most workplace mental health specialists have never managed a restructuring across seven time zones. Most psychologists have never spent a decade inside the organisations their clients work for. I have done both, and that is what makes my work different.
For thirteen years I led HR functions at global companies including Analog Devices, Stryker, and Grundfos, before training as a psychologist at VU Amsterdam. That is what I bring to both sides of the desk: the operational fluency of an HR leader, and the practitioner credentials of an NIP-registered psychologist.
